What results can I expect?

For most women, we are able to remove 70-90% of treatable hair in 6-8 sessions.

For trans women on HRT, we are almost always able to remove over 90% of treatable hair. The difference in expected results between those on HRT and those who are not is due to the power of HRT to suppress androgens.

For our male clients, both cis and trans, results are more typically 50-70% removal of treatable hair after 8-10 sessions. This is because of the power of testosterone as a driver of hair growth. While we do get substantial reduction, to some degree laser can only do so much in overcoming the body’s hormonal processes.

Treatable hair means hair that is black, dark brown or medium brown. Laser will not be effective on hair that is white, blonde, light brown, or that has any red in it at all.
